Fine Beans





Fine beans, also known as snap or green beans and locally in Kenya as mishiri, are a major export crop. Unlike other beans, you can consume French beans along with their covering. They’re green in color and contain protein, fat, calcium, iron, phosphorus, vitamins A, B, and D, and starch.
